I have pretty severe lower back pain, it comes and goes, I go to a chiropractor, it helps. But I read Tony Robbin's book, "Life Force", and he mentions PEMF mats and how they helped him with his various medical problems. I did some research of my own, and even my chiropractor said that they work. So I ordered the OMI Mini Mat. It came from Europe, I believe,
and it got here in a little over a week (Michigan). I've used it about 2 weeks now and am very happy with it. It doesn't take all the pain away but it's a huge help.
And I believe that the longer I use it my pain will keep diminishing. I'm sold, it works. And the theory behind it is very solid. And these days it's hard to tell what's a fraud and what isn't. This is not a fraud!
Sauna came with chipped wood on front display as well as power chord that has been damaged. The price is fine, but wish it was handled better. Not sure what to do with these issues!
I was able to unpack and assemble the equipment without much trouble. I bought the leg press machine to help my mother. She had both knees replaced a year ago and finished her rehab courses. She was still very weak and had trouble getting up from low seats. I cleared my plan with her doctor, and she has been using this leg press machine for a few weeks now. She is already up 60 lbs. I look forward to seeing her progress over the next year. Thanks for making a great product!
very solid. great quality for the price. at least 20% more energy required so not for people focused on going far fast. More training than pure running. But will improve running and cardio as well as anyting else. Happy with service from Select Fitness. One assembly tip - when connecting the resistance cable make sure the resistance lever is on the lowest resistance. Otherwise the resistance cable feels impossible to stretch to the connection point.
I’m loving my new stair stepper from Select Fitness! It’s small enough to fit in my home but feels really strong—like a big gym machine. The touchscreen is cool and easy, and I can watch videos while I step. Using it is fun, and I can feel my legs getting stronger. It’s awesome for home workouts and makes exercise enjoyable. I get a lot better results from this than my treadmill. I can really feel and see the difference in the shape of my legs, butt, and waste size. A definite five-star purchase in my book!
I bought this for my husband for "grounding". I like that it has hertz up to 30 for recovery too. Also has infrared & photon. It has lot of features all in one mat. We are very happy.

This is my overall experience with the G5S Body Solid equipment.
Last September hurricane Helene caused extensive damage to my home.
One of the many items that was damaged was my Smith Machine and feel weight station.
I wanted to get away from free weights, and purchase a home gym that will target various muscle groups. I went online and looked at the many home gyms that are available.
After my month long research I decided to purchase the G5S Body Solid home gym from Fitness Select. Two items that attracted me to the G5S home gym was the sturdiness of the equipment and the various muscle groups that it could target. It took about two weeks for the equipment to arrive at my home from the time I ordered it.
Installation was straightforward and quite simple. There was one item that was missing and I also called in to replace the slide adjustable chrome frame where the holes were in the wrong side. It took less than a week for those two parts to come in.
It has been over a month since I have assembled the G5S Body Solid home gym. Still learning on how to effectively adjust the five station to maximize my workout. But in a short timeframe I have seen results in my physique since I purchased the G5S home gym. I will differently will be using this home gym regularly for many years to come.

It's easy to install yourself with 3 pieces. Its functions and features work flawlessly without any hiccup everyday for a month now. I like manual and spot massage features where I only needs knead and tap on my shoulder and calf massage. I love the reclining feature as a sofa to watch TV every night. I wishes it can save my customized massage session and recall easily in future use. I wish the menu screen's light can be turn off when the screen is inactive. I wish it doesn't do body scan automatically as default.
Select Fitness is very communicative and proavtively reached out to me letting me know this is a high demand product and it often experiences shipping delays. I was already aware of this fact but appreciated their transparency and willingness to modify the order if i was not willing to wait for shipment. I am very happy with the product and will likely shop from Select in the future.
Very solid product and is exactly what you need for plate storage and bar storage. Heavy enough to hold the bars without any plates, which is key. Make sure you follow the directions when assembling it as it is very easy but the bolts go to different parts than it seems they would. The Select Fitness guys were super helpful and it shipped on time and probably the best price overall for what I got. - John

This dip stand was a perfect addition to my gym. It is built very well and is also very easy to assembly. I was worried that I would need to bolt it to the ground to prevent it from tipping over but it sits very well and would take a lot of effort for that to happen. Overall solid stand and for the price its great. It is way more heavy duty than something you would buy at a chain store.
Lance Avila from select fitness was awesome to work with very helpful with me and getting my orders placed! Assembly was really straightforward if you have put together gym equipment before! Also shipping was fast and on time. Members of the gym love these hip thrust. I was worried they wouldn't be the best quality but these machines are very sturdy. I will be ordering more equipment through these gyms in the future!
I had another brand that was super powerful but kind of bounced all over the place and made marks on my back and the carpet, this one is actually rollable and feels great too! It's actually squishy and super easy to use. LOVE IT
We selected this machine to complete our garage gym set up. Very happy with the purchase and so far very impressed with the amount of exercises the machine has to offer.
We got a fairly large cable machine. And when ordering it, I was told it would take about two hours to install and that there were directions. We got a page with six steps that were exponentially worse than IKEA directions it took two people 2 full days to put together.
I am using this device for prostate cancer. No, it is not FDA approved for prostate cancer but a number of in Vivo and in vitro studies show that certain frequencies can kill cancer cells while not affecting other cells.
One study on humans showed a 10% decline in prostate volume for BPH using 8 hz. 5 minutes per day. Another study on dogs showed a 50% decline in prostate volume using PEMF for 10 minutes per day. I use 10 hz in my attempt to kill cancer. I also use 8 to reduce swelling. This is not medical advice. It is my story. I simply saw no downside and potential meaningful upside. I am using it with ADT. PSA has dropped from 109 to 1.5 in 8 weeks. Prostate has opened up meaningfully with a good flow stream most of the time at night. The question that I cannot answer is if the results are enhanced with the mat or is it all just the ADT.
I can only say that I have not stopped using it. 30 minutes each day on 8 and 30 minutes on 10.
This pad allows you to use a set frequency and set time. I find it well designed for prostate treatment as I just sit on it and go about my computer work.

Great overall product. Really helps the legs not be as sore the next day/ morning if used after a long hard work out.

I got my sauna up and running over the 4th of July holiday… even though New England was in the middle of a heat wave I had to try it out!
The unit went together seamlessly, the unit was extremely well packaged for shipping and was in perfect condition as I unwrapped it.
The quality is impressive, it works and heats like a charm, and all the lights and sound system is better than expected…
So far all is fantastic… SunRay is a great product and Select Fitness was a pleasure to deal with… you guys were quick to answer my questions beforehand!!
