So far so good.
I've was only sleeping 3-5 hours a night. And taking 1800mg of Gabapentin, 300mg starting around 5PM and 300mg about every hour and a half by bed time at 10PM I would have taken at total of 1800mg.
Now I'm sleeping 8-9 hours at night.
Treatment in the evening before bed time works the best. And down only taking a total of 600mg of Gabapentin. And it also reduced my lower left leg and foot swelling by 80%.

Fast delivery and great product!

Good machine and not too difficult to assemble. One part that WAS difficult and frustrating was connecting the wires when installing the handrails. We had to get extra tools to hold the wire just right because there wasn’t enough slack in the wire to grab it with just fingers. Sales staff and communication was good. We got several shipping updates, so it was easy to be there when the truck arrived. The driver even brought the huge box up our short steep driveway with a pallet jack. Now if I can only get Mom to use the treadmill to aid her stroke recovery. Controls are very simple and easy to use.

Great machine, easy to put together, works great. One of the instructions and parts in step 6 were not correct but it wasn’t a big deal and was able to figure it out and make it work. SelectFitness was great, very easy company to deal with, have ordered multiple equipment from them and they’ve always been great. Delivery was seamless.

Very solid, well-built treadmill. Assembly was straightforward and took approximately 45 minutes, with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. The machine feels sturdy during use, even at higher speeds, and operates smoothly and quietly. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, making workouts simple to start and adjust. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a reliable, simple to use walking treadmill.

Nice smooth leather. Good sturdy product

We wanted a commercial grade rack. We wanted cables. We needed it to fit in a basement with 81" ceilings. This checks all of those boxes. Max height with the cable add on is like... 81" and a little change. Shipping went great, took about 7 days, came on a double wide pallet with 950 lbs of stuff in boxes. After unpacking, found one piece had a bent bracket, probably from shipping, Select Fitness was able to get it sorted out and get a replacement piece to me next day. 5/5 service, could not have asked for more.

Assembly: I did it solo over 6 hours. You're gonna want to make sure you have a big enough socket/ratchet wrench for the M16 bolts (24mm). The only thing I'd deduct stars for is assembly instructions, not because they aren't clear, but because you're ordering one SKU here, but you're getting 2 SKUs so there are two instruction manuals and its not like you're going to assemble the rack and then go "let me undo a bunch of this work!" Not that big of a deal. That 6 hours was mostly leisurely effort on my part. With 2 hands and 2 sets of tools, it'd for sure be quicker. The height factor for me also made it tough because certain pieces needed to go on in a certain order noat necessarily prescribed by the instructions. Overall, not actually hard if you have ever played with legos.

Quality: outstanding. Exactly as advertised. Immensely sturdy, tolerances are tight, honestly this rack/cable combo feels like a bit of steal compared to competitors. Excellent buy, especially if your space is height limited.

This machine is very well built and the sled moves smoothly. Fairly easy to assemble. I love it and highly recommend this Leg Press! Lance Avila was great to work with!

I’m extremely happy with this Smith machine. The build quality is outstanding; heavy-duty, stable, and very smooth during lifts. The bar path feels controlled and secure, making workouts both safe and efficient. It truly feels like a commercial-grade piece of equipment.

Assembly was not included, but the instructions were clear and well organized. With a little time and patience, everything came together properly and all the parts aligned perfectly. The quality of the materials made the process easier because nothing felt flimsy or poorly manufactured.

Great racks for my bumper plates!

The customer service @ Select Fitness was stellar from start to finish. The product is high quality and extremely durable. I purchased the Decline Abdominal bench and it did not disapoint. Lance was excellent throught the purchase and delivery process. I highly recommend Select Fitness.

Received versa climber. It was in a very secure wood box. Easy to assemble. Great piece of exercise equipment. Select fitness, Lance, was very responsive to my questions regarding delivery and highly recommend them

Bought the seated leg press to replace a standing hack squat machine. This machine works my legs without putting stress on shoulders and joints. Solid machine, assembly instructions could have been more detailed. But with patience and common sense it can be done. I put it together by myself, but with two people, it would make it a bit easier. I purchased the machine from Select Fitness, and they deserve 5 stars as well. Shipped in timely manner, a box of weights went missing during shipment. Select Fitness quickly shipped a replacement in the same day. Very good service. I would recommend purchasing equipment from them.

My husband and I were looking for a solid piece of equipment and we found it! I’ve had ACL reconstruction in both knees so staying healthy and strong is one of my goals as I get older. We canceled our gym memberships and we can both workout at the same time on this wonderful piece of equipment! Best Buy ever!

After researching the best dumbbells, I decided to purchase these and they are as advertised. The completed my workout space and I love them. Lance was fantastic to work with and they offered the best deal of all the online fitness stores. I will definitely use them again. Thanks again, Lance!

I needed a sturdy pull up bar set up and I did not want to use something that leveraged against a door frame. My garage ceiling is also a bit low, so this set up was perfect for what I needed, as I am able to adjust the height of the pull up bar. Set up was pretty straightforward and I was able to do it myself, but you'll need some tools to properly build it which the instructions omit:
- 17mm Combination Wrench
-27mm Socket
- 3/8" Ratchet

Ordered, processed, and shipped in timely manner. Was shorted a box in shipping. Called customer service and Lance handled the problem and I received the shortage quickly. Was very impressed with the manner in which Lance handled the issue. He was awesome!. Great job Lance and thank you. Equipment assembled easily with no problems and functions perfectly. Do not hesitate to puchase this equipment and I would definitely purchase from Select Fitness again.

After a very frustrating experience with another wellness equipment supplier, working with this company was a breath of fresh air. From start to finish, they absolutely nailed it.

I had a partial knee replacement in July and the leg press was a crucial machine for my PT. When I was done with PT I wanted my own leg press similar to the one I used in PT. I found this and LOVE IT!!

The Body Solid G5 gym with the leg press is everything I have wanted and the family loves it too.

We were reluctant to buy a sauna for many reasons. So glad we did from select fitness! It was very easy to put together, 2 person job, directions easy to follow and you tube video .
