quick and easy build. Very sturdy build quality. Moves around easily. Overall it is longer and taller than the comparable precor stretching machine with a longer distance between the seat pad and front calf rest.

I have had this setup in use for a 6 on, 1 off, split for over a month now and this has really opened up a lot more potential for workouts in my program. This machine is solid as the name implies. The seperate rower and lat pulldown are a great addition. The profile of the machine works for me as I'm only 5' 8", if you are over 6' though some of the utility might be lost or you will have to go without a bench and sit on the floor for the pull downs if you want max stretch. The only other complaint i would have is that the center logo on the machine is horribly low and I had to condition myself to keep my head down when changing the weight stack as it sits at roughly 5' 7" so if you arent paying attention to that you will definately hit you head a few times. Could probably just be solved by adding a foam pad but it was easier for me to just remember to keep my head down till I clear the rack. Otherwise, I sincerly enjoy this machine and have zero regrets on this purchase. Well below other similar machines in price that are of equal qaulity and they give you enough attachments to hit the ground running. Also, it has a lifetime warranty on all parts for home use which is pretty amazing. Everything is very thick guage steel and the bolts are massive. Just make sure you have wrenches that go pretty high in metric and a long handles ratchet tp get better leverage as you will be cranking on the nylon threaded nuts for quite a while. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Put it together myself but would definately reccomend getting someone to assist you as you will have to get pretty creative otherwise with some parts assembly. As far as ordering this was my first time ordering from select fitness and I have to say hands down one of the better companies I have ever dealt with. Since this item comes by truck freight i had to ensure that i was going to be available for delivery and they walked me through the process and answered any and all questions I had almost as soon as I had asked them. Would definatley order from them again in the future for any of my fitness equipment needs.

I recenty purchased the TKO bicep and tricep machine. You cnnot beat the comfort and well designed machine. Also,this machine will give you the results you've been lookinq for quickly.

I recently purchased this exercise equipment. I'm very satisfied when the results I'm getting. The machine has a very clean look and very comfortable. I highly recomend this equipment to every one for ab and lower back exercises.

The machine works great...once you get it put together. Like a previous reviewer said, the instructions are maddeningly confusing, and the diagrams just make it worse. They show a wide shot of the whole machine, even if you're just assembling a particular section of it, and you need a magnifying glass to see where each bolt and screw is supposed to go (the dotted lines don't help much). It would be ideal if they either broke the steps up and showed close-ups of the sections you're currently assembling and/or included a link to a video tutorial. They also should have put the step where you assemble the pin plates on the bottom of the main frame BEFORE you connect the frame to the weight stack frame, because you need superhuman strength and plenty of room to tilt the machine on its side to do that.

We have had this machine in our gym for several week and it is very popular. It arrived on time and in good condition without any dents or scratches from shipping. It was pretty straight forward to assemble. Plus, the price was the lowest we were able to find. Highly recommend.

Great piece of equipment

We purchased a gym and rubber mat flooring from Body Solid, the equipment is fantastic but the ownership and employees were even better!!

We are currently using the G9S and we took our time putting it together. There are issues with identifying parts and pieces due to them not being labeled (especially the plastic pieces). One of the upgraded pulleys got torqued during install of the cable and had to replace with a plastic. There needs to be a few more snap links to ensure you can attach all the cables and accessories. Still trying to get the one set of wieghts to fall flush. It is solid and works well even for people over 50.

The quality of this machine is unmatched. Installation is quite painful with some ambiguities in the instructions, but not nearly as bad as with the S2IOC. At least on this one the weight stack provides sufficient weight, unlike the S2IOC.

This is really a beautiful machine with absolutely smooth motions. The installation instructions regularly miss very important instructions at ambiguous moments and the result can be many hours of frustration. Tech support is excellent so perhaps if you have them on the phone the whole time, you an avoid a problem. The cable included was too short, so that wasted at least two hours. Tech support quickly identified the problem (after we had wasted all the time) and sent a replacement. A bigger problem is that the full standard weight stack is not sufficient for a 130 lb female and the only way to upgrade afterwards is to set the weights you bought aside and spend many hundreds more. After spending $2500 for this, throwing in another $500 or more is not very appealing. And there's nothing you can do with the previous stack - no one wants them and you can't ship them back. Note that the absolute weight number is not relevant since this is a torque-based device.

Great service and great product! The team kept me updated and made sure everything was what I was looking for. I have never experienced a way to exercise your stomach that is is more focused , easier to do, works the support muscles better, and is actually fun to use. You can feel the progress right away. Let's face it, sit ups are a pain and no fun to do. They make me nauseous from my head going up and down. With this machine your head stays stationary. It is so well designed and they use high quality parts which look like they should last a long time.

We ordered this machine for our staff weight room and we love it. No issues with the equipment yet and it's being used daily. THANK YOU!

Well built system for an all-in-one. Easy to put together and has all the stations you need for a full body workout. I have it fitting in a 13x12 space and have no trouble using or walking around any station. I did need to buy extra rubber flooring. What came with the package I bought wasn't enough.

It didn't fit me. U portion is pretty narrow once you put the arm pads on. They didn't have a larger option. Made for someone smaller. I was surprised, before I bought this one, I checked at Dicks and used the one they had just fine.

I didn't like the experience when I bought my calves raise machine. Before I purchase this product I called customer service and ask if this machine came with a olimpic plates sleeves and that person told me that the machine came with those sleeves (phone call) and I got a discount code. When I received the machine I find out that the machine didn't come with the sleeves. When I contacted customer service (online)they didn't know what person told me that. I purchased the sleeves after that. I like the machine and the sleeve were not that expensive. I won't buy again from select fitness because I don't trust customer service. The sleeves it was not a big deal but I can't imagine if this was another situation for a more expensive machine. I purchase 3 different products and I'm not planning to buy anything else from select fitness. I am very disappointed.

The experience with the company was good, I felt like they had a good order process and my machine shipped quickly. The installer said a piece was missing but once I reported it they sent the missing part right away. Nobody is perfect but I gave them 5 stars because you can tell take service seriously. Machine is quality as well. Would buy again.

Never mind that I ordered in May and didn't receive it until July, but I am so disappointed. I did not need a Smith machine, but I bought it just so I could do flys. Way too big for a lady my size, even if you're 5'2". It a reach! I contacted them to see what we could do about they replied, "blah, blah aftermarket voids the guarantee. Not what I wanted to hear. I wanted some solutions and forget the guarantee. I mean, how am I going to break the bar!? Leg press is super noisy.
Surprisingly, the Clubline Inner Outer thigh was a great fit, and I love the Assisted Chin Dip. The equipment seems sturdy and heavy. CS was outstanding.

Got our elliptical at Select Fitness USA and LOVE it. This machine replaced the same one that we had for 20 years and only replaced because we were moving (machine still worked great). The company was excellent to work with and very helpful when I needed support on the machine assembly.
