If for any reason you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will work with you to make it right. This may include troubleshooting, replacement, exchange, or return depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
Unused Items
You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and unassembled
- The item is in original packaging
- The item is in like new condition
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping.
Assembled or Used Items
We understand that some products need to be set up to evaluate.
For items that have been assembled or used:
- Full refunds are not guaranteed
- These items may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or a partial refund on a case by case basis
Our team will work with you to find the best solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect:
- We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue at no cost to you
- In most cases, a return will not be required
Please inspect your delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.
Return Process
To request a return, email returns@selectfitnessusa.com with:
- Your order number
- Date of delivery
- Reason for return
If your return is approved:
- We will assist with return shipping options and provide a quote
- You are responsible for securely packaging the item
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or credit will be processed.
Shipping Considerations
Fitness equipment is large and expensive to ship.
Return shipping costs are non refundable. Our team is available before and after your purchase to help ensure you select the right product and avoid unnecessary returns.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours:
- Orders already in processing or shipped cannot be canceled
- These orders must follow the return process
Non Returnable and Final Sale Items
The following items are non returnable after 24 hours from purchase:
- Custom or made to order products
- Items with custom colors, upholstery, or branding
- Products with extended lead times or built to order manufacturing
- Any item marked as non returnable or final sale
This includes:

- Custom OxyRevo units shipped from overseas
- Built to order gym equipment
- Custom logos or finishes
