Cancellations and Return Policy

Cancellations

Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.

If you wish to cancel your order, please respond to your order confirmation or reach out to us at returns@selectfitnessusa.com with your name and order number.

After 24 hours, most orders can be canceled before they have shipped, with some exceptions.

Please note that if your order has been shipped or assigned tracking information before you ask us to cancel the order, we will NOT be able to cancel the order.

In this situation, you must proceed under our Return Policy procedure.

Custom Made or Built-to-Order Items Are Not Cancellable After 24 Hours:

If you have ordered any item that is custom in nature, built-to-order, enters production upon ordering, or is a non-returnable item, you have 24 hours to cancel your order from the time of payment. After that time, we CAN NOT cancel your order and can not refund you. 

Product Quality Guarantee:

Select Fitness USA works with each customer individually to ensure that the quality of the product is like new. 

If your item is damaged in transit, we will file a claim for you and replace your item free of charge or give you a full refund.

The same applies if the item is faulty or malfunctioning after assembly and initial use. All purchased items come with a manufacturer's warranty so you can request product labor, parts, or, if absolutely needed, a replacement. 

30-Day General Return policy:

Except for certain equipment and items identified below, your purchase is protected by a general 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Start the return process within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in all of its original packaging, in brand new condition, and never used, assembled, or installed.
  • The customer must pay for return shipping.

Items that are NOT eligible for returns include the following:

  • Used items, opened items, or items that have been removed from original packaging.
  • Items that have been assembled or installed.
  • Clearance, custom made, or made-to-order products. Custom upholstery colors count as made-to-order.
  • Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
  • Items that are marked as non-returnable, non-refundable.
  • Items that you ship to us without receiving an a Return Approval.

Non-Returnable, Non-Refundable Products:

All purchases of the following are non-returnable and non-refundable after 24 hours have passed since your payment:

  • Balanced Body Pilates
  • Elina Pilates
  • Align Pilates
  • SportsArt Fitness
  • Jacobs Ladder
  • Versaclimber
  • Power Plate
  • Any assembled/used product
  • Any product with customization, including but not limited to upholstery.
  • Any product Built-to-Order

Return Process

To start a return, email returns@SelectFitnessUSA.com with:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery
  • Reason for return

If the item meets return criteria, we'll provide a shipping quote, which you must pay. We'll then send a return label, and you're responsible for preparing the item for shipment. After inspecting the returned item, we'll issue a refund using your original payment method.

Note If the returned item is incomplete or not in brand new condition, Select Fitness USA reserves the right to issue only partial credit based on the manufacturer's discretion. 

Damages:

Be present for the delivery and inspect the package thoroughly.

If there's damage or missing parcels, note it when signing the BOL (for freight deliveries) or report it to the ground shipping carrier within seven days.

Take photos and videos, then send them to returns@selectfitnessusa.com.

We'll process an insurance claim with the manufacturer.
