The York Barbell STS Reverse Technique Scoops are designed specifically for York’s hook plate system, making height adjustments easy while helping prevent unintentional disengagement during use.

Each scoop features a 300mm x 600mm contact area with a 5-degree pitched valley that helps the bar and plate assembly re-center itself when released.

Constructed from durable 5mm-thick steel and finished with black powder-coat paint, these scoops mount securely into two safety slots on the reverse side of the front upright using a stable double-pin design.
