Each pack includes 2 rectangular pads and 4 round pads, making it easy to replace worn-out pads and continue experiencing pain relief, muscle recovery, and performance enhancement.

When to Replace Your PowerDot Pads: 

Replace your electrode pads when:

  • They no longer stick securely to your skin.
  • The adhesive side collects debris, dust, or lint.
  • You experience a slight tingling sensation during stimulation.

How to Extend the Life of Your Pads: 

  • Clean the skin before application with an alcohol or saline wipe.
  • Apply to clean, dry skin, removing sweat or oils before use.
  • Regularly clean the sticky side with antiseptic alcohol wipes.
  • Store pads on the safety film when not in use.
  • Keep pads in a cool, dry place for maximum longevity.

I bought this rack and system about a month ago. It took about a week to arrive which is pretty great considering how big and logistically difficult the order/product is.

I put it together myself, so it is the possible. However having a second set of hands would have been nice.

Once this bad boy was put together I’ve been wearing it out. I don’t have it bolted to the floor but there is no wobble when racking weights. The pulleys are very smooth. I was a little worried about that based on a lot of videos that I watched saying how aluminum pulleys are superior. I can’t imagine how they could be. The pulleys on this are great.

I have used it all but two days since I’ve had it. No complaints at all.

Great option for low ceiling spaces.
