  • Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
  • Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

According to the 2011 Compendium on Physical Activities, stair climbing expends approximately 9.0 METs.

(A MET, Metabolic Equivalent, is a unit of measuring energy output from physical activity; 1 MET = 1 calorie/kilogram (of bodyweight) per hour and is the amount of energy expended while sitting at rest.)

Walking at a comfortable pace is approximately 3.3 METs, which means that running stairs can burn about three times the number of calories as going for a walk for the same amount of time.

Is there sales tax on my order? Why not...

As of 3/5/25 sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. Outside of these specified states, there will be no sales tax on your order.

We have tax nexus in these states that we must collect and remit to the state.

If you are tax exempt, please call 888-995-4450 and get a quote without tax.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If your order is damaged during shipping, document the damage with photos and videos and contact us. We'll work out the best solution, be it replacement parts, paint, a partial refund, or a replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and get a full refund until your product has shipped. Once shipped, you may be liable for the costs of shipping involved to turn it around.
