What’s the difference between an infrared sauna, a traditional sauna, and a hybrid sauna?

Infrared saunas: Heat your body directly with infrared light for deep tissue penetration. Lower temperatures (120–150°F) make it easier to stay in longer. Known for relaxation, recovery, and potential wellness benefits.
Traditional saunas: Heat the air with electric heaters or wood-burning stoves. Higher temperatures (160–195°F) provide an intense, sweat-heavy experience, boosting circulation and overall wellness. Zero EMF output.
Hybrid saunas: Offer the benefits of both. They use infrared waves for deeper tissue penetration alongside much higher heats from a traditional sauna stove.
How do I choose the right sauna for me?

Person Capacity: How many people will use the sauna? A larger capacity sauna provides more space but takes up more room.
Indoor vs. Outdoor Use: Indoor saunas cannot be safely used outdoors. Choose the right option for your space.
Heating Style: Infrared, Traditional, or Hybrid.
Full Spectrum vs. Standard Infrared: Full Spectrum saunas provide near, mid, and far infrared. This is a desirable but generally more expensive feature.
EMF Levels: Low (<6–10 MG), Ultra Low (<3–5 MG), or Near Zero (<2 MG). Lower EMF is generally better, but more expensive.

What are the electrical requirements?

Larger infrared saunas & traditional saunas: Many will require a dedicated 240V wiring (professional installation highly recommended).
How long does it take to assemble a sauna?

How long does it take to heat up?

How do I clean my sauna?

For deep cleaning, use a vinegar-water mix—avoid harsh chemicals.
Specialty wood cleaner and treatment is advisable.
What type of wood is best for a sauna?

Canadian Hemlock: Durable, affordable, and commonly used in infrared saunas.
Red Cedar: Premium, naturally rot-resistant, aromatic, and highly durable.
Basswood, Mahogany, and Fir: Alternative high-quality woods with varying aesthetics and insulation properties.

What is the warranty on my sauna?

What if my sauna arrives damaged?

Inspect your sauna upon delivery and note any damage before signing the receipt.
Contact us within 48 hours to start a claim.
Your sauna will be either serviced or replaced.
