Shipping Method:

  • Freight Shipping: The OxyRevo Forward 90 ships in multiple wooden crates, packed on a pallet, shipped via LTL freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Delivery Type: Standard delivery is curbside. You will need to bring the unit inside and uncrate it.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing Time: Same-day if ordered before 1:00 PM CST.
  • Transit Time: 2–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery Appointment: Carrier will call to schedule. An adult must be present to receive the shipment.

Receiving Your Shipment: Inspect crates before signing. If damage is visible, mark the receipt as “DAMAGED – NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.

Installation & Setup:

The OxyRevo Forward 90 Pro is designed for a straightforward setup. Most customers are operational within 1–2 hours.

  1. Uncrate the wooden boxes and place the chamber shell and chair frame on a level surface.
  2. Assemble the internal metal frame and secure using the provided joiners.
  3. Connect the Black Air tube from the All-in-One unit to the chamber air inlet, and the Blue Oxygen tube to the oxygen inlet.
  4. Install the internal and external pressure gauges (internal goes inside, external outside).
  5. Place the mattress and anti-roll bolsters inside the chamber.
  6. Connect the oxygen mask or headset to the blue oxygen inlet valve.
  7. Power on the All-in-One unit, set your session time, and adjust oxygen, cooling, and optional features (anion, dehumidifying, cooling).

Power Requirements: Standard 110–220V outlet.
