Fast-Ship vs Factory-Direct: Shipping timelines depend on the specific chamber model.
- Forward 90 models: When available, these ship from our U.S. inventory in Chicago, Illinois for faster delivery.
- All other models: Most soft shell and hard shell chambers — plus any modified/custom configurations — ship directly from the overseas factory.
We stock what we believe are the best and most common best-sellers, so you can get quicker fulfillment when a U.S. inventory model is available.
Typical Timelines
- Order processing: 1–3 business days to confirm details and prepare your shipment.
- U.S. stock shipments (e.g., Chicago): After processing, transit is typically 3–5 business days, followed by delivery appointment scheduling.
- Factory-direct lead times:
- Soft shell chambers: usually arrive 2–4 weeks after ordering.
- Hard shell chambers: usually arrive 6–8 weeks after ordering.
- Handling note: Estimated ship-out timing for this product is 2-3 Weeks days when applicable.
Timelines may vary based on destination, carrier scheduling, availability, and customization.
Delivery Method (Important)
All hyperbaric chambers ship via freight delivery and are delivered curbside (or to a loading dock for commercial locations). A signature is required.
- Delivery appointment: The freight carrier will contact you by phone and/or email to schedule delivery.
- Please be responsive: Missed appointments can cause delays and may result in additional carrier fees.
- Failure to accept delivery: Refused or missed deliveries may result in re-delivery, storage, or return freight charges.
How Your Chamber Arrives
Hard Shell Chambers: Typically arrive mostly assembled in large crates. These require planning.
- Access & manpower: Hard shell deliveries can be heavy and bulky. Please plan to have capable help available to receive and move the unit into place.
- White glove delivery: In many areas, we can refer you to an installer who can offload, uncrate, place the chamber, provide a walkthrough, and clean up afterward (availability varies).
Soft Shell Chambers: Typically ship on a pallet in multiple boxes and are easier to receive than hard shells, but still require unpacking and assembly.
- Heavy boxes possible: Some boxes may weigh up to 250 lbs. Please plan accordingly.
- Assembly required: Proper assembly and setup are important for safe operation and best results.
Inspection & Damage Claims
Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
- If damage is visible, note it clearly on the receipt (example: “DAMAGED — NEEDS REVIEW”).
- Take photos of the packaging, labels, and any damage.
- Contact us within 2–3 business days so we can assist promptly.
Special Requests
If you have special delivery requirements (tight access, stairs, limited receiving hours, etc.), please let us know before ordering. We’re responsive and will help you plan for a smooth delivery.
Installation & Setup
Most hyperbaric chambers are designed for straightforward setup. Many models can be operational in under 1 hour, depending on the configuration and space prep.
Before You Begin
- Placement: Choose a level, dry surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Clearance: Ensure adequate space for entry/exit, zippers/doors, and compressor placement.
- Environment: Keep away from heat sources and moisture-sensitive materials.
Power Requirements
- Most soft-shell chambers: Plug into a standard 110V–120V outlet.
- Hard-shell chambers: Some models may require a 220V dedicated circuit. If required, it should be installed by a licensed electrician.
Instructions & Support
- Some units may not include printed instructions in the crate.
- We can provide digital manuals and setup resources upon request.
