Ive seen these jacobs ladder machines before at places like x sport and such, and I have a smaller gym and thought it would be a good, versatile, option for a lot of my athletes to use. I was right. This thing is a tank, and it is one of the most unique, interesting ways to get some cardio in. they are a bit pricey, but they say these will last over 20 years so i beleive its far more than worth it.
