For those that have no idea how to use a wrench, want to save the time it would take to assemble all their new equipment, or are generally unable to assembly their equipment, we've got you covered. 

In 95% of America we have technicians ready to set up your new equipment. 

Our Assembly Service Details:

  • Direct Shipment to your Preferred Location: We ship for free all across America. Once you order your equipment, we ship to your desired location.

  • Scheduled Delivery: Once your shipment is in your local freight terminal, a scheduled delivery appoint will be set to ensure you're available at the time of delivery.

  • Liftgate Service: The inclusion of liftgate service ensures the pallet is safely lowered to ground level, sparing you the heavy lifting of equipment off a truck.

  • Scheduled Assembly: This service provides a scheduled assembly, granting you the flexibility to plan around your busy schedule. Once equipment arrives, we'll work with you to ensure a perfect time to have the technician come out. 

Fitness Equipment Assembly Service Does Not Include:

  • Moving un-assembled equipment from the curbside or threshold delivery, into the desired room for the assembly. You are responsible for moving the un-assembled items from the location that get dropped off, into the room of choice.
  • Removal of any waste such as boxes, plastic wrap, empty pallets, ecs... The end customer will be responsible for all waste or trash from the item(s) being assembled.

Order Processing: Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out to you immediately.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
  • Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
  • Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. This product should ship out in days from the time it is processed.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

Receiving Your Shipment: Inspect your shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. For any issues, mark “DAMAGED, NEEDS REVIEW,” take photos, and contact us within 2-3 business days.

Assembly Options: Most items require assembly. We offer referrals for professional assembly if needed. Contact us for assistance before or after delivery of your order.

Most items will require some assembly. Majority of customers assemble their own equipment with no issues using the instructions included with every product. If you run into any trouble, you can reach out to us for manufacturer tech support.

Is there sales tax on my order? Why not...

As of 3/5/25 sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. Outside of these specified states, there will be no sales tax on your order.

We have tax nexus in these states that we must collect and remit to the state.

If you are tax exempt, please call 888-995-4450 and get a quote without tax.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If your order is damaged during shipping, document the damage with photos and videos and contact us. We'll work out the best solution, be it replacement parts, paint, a partial refund, or a replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and get a full refund until your product has shipped. Once shipped, you may be liable for the costs of shipping involved to turn it around.

I bought this rack and system about a month ago. It took about a week to arrive which is pretty great considering how big and logistically difficult the order/product is.

I put it together myself, so it is the possible. However having a second set of hands would have been nice.

Once this bad boy was put together I’ve been wearing it out. I don’t have it bolted to the floor but there is no wobble when racking weights. The pulleys are very smooth. I was a little worried about that based on a lot of videos that I watched saying how aluminum pulleys are superior. I can’t imagine how they could be. The pulleys on this are great.

I have used it all but two days since I’ve had it. No complaints at all.

Great option for low ceiling spaces.
