The Fringe Sport 3x3 Safety Spotter Arms provide reliable protection and added confidence during heavy squats, presses, and other rack-based strength exercises.

Constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge steel, these spotter arms support up to 1,000 lb and attach securely to compatible 3" × 3" power racks with 1" holes.

UHMW plastic lining along the top helps protect your barbell, while additional lining on the back helps prevent scratches and wear on the rack uprights.

Compatible with the Fringe Sport Osprey Power Cage and other qualifying racks, these adjustable spotter arms provide a strong and practical safety solution for home and commercial gym setups.
