Featuring a 300 lb weight stack, 4.5-inch pulleys with bearings, 3/16-inch coated cables, an adjustable knee catch with two foam rollers, an adjustable footrest, and included lat and row handles, this combination machine supports both lat pulldowns and seated low rows. A 1:1 lat pulldown ratio and 1:2 seated row ratio provide distinct resistance profiles for varied upper-body strength programming, back development, athletic performance, and general fitness training.
