Order Processing: Once you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out to you immediately.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Small items ship with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. They usually do not need a delivery signature.
  • Freight Shipping: Large or heavy items ship with a box truck to your curbside or loading dock. They will schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment is in your area.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order in our system.
  • Handling Time: Some items take longer than others to get ready for shipment. This product should ship out in 2-3 Business Days days from the time it is processed.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, we will send you the tracking number. Ground orders take 1-5 business days. Freight shipments may take 3-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery Appointment: For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to set a delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

I searched and searched for a chest supported t-bar row.. I knew I wanted something commercial grade as I've been upgrading my home gym with better equipment. There are lots to choose from, all ranging in price from high to low.. I am so happy I landed on Select Fitness website and chose this piece. Right from the get go the communication from customer service was on point and the shipping was quite fast as well.. When my equipment arrived I got it inside, downstairs to my gym, unbound and assembled by myself in about an hour and 45 minutes and I took little breaks to. This piece is so solid and well made!! I am able to take my back workouts to a whole new level that feels great and I can't wait to grow.. Take my word for it and look over Select Fitness website for any of your gym needs and happy lifting !!!

Is there sales tax on my order? Why not...

As of 3/5/25 sales tax is charged only on orders shipping to Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina. Outside of these specified states, there will be no sales tax on your order.

We have tax nexus in these states that we must collect and remit to the state.

If you are tax exempt, please call 888-995-4450 and get a quote without tax.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If your order is damaged during shipping, document the damage with photos and videos and contact us. We'll work out the best solution, be it replacement parts, paint, a partial refund, or a replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and get a full refund until your product has shipped. Once shipped, you may be liable for the costs of shipping involved to turn it around.

I bought this rack and system about a month ago. It took about a week to arrive which is pretty great considering how big and logistically difficult the order/product is.

I put it together myself, so it is the possible. However having a second set of hands would have been nice.

Once this bad boy was put together I’ve been wearing it out. I don’t have it bolted to the floor but there is no wobble when racking weights. The pulleys are very smooth. I was a little worried about that based on a lot of videos that I watched saying how aluminum pulleys are superior. I can’t imagine how they could be. The pulleys on this are great.

I have used it all but two days since I’ve had it. No complaints at all.

Great option for low ceiling spaces.
