Built with a 4" x 2.5" 11-gauge steel oval tubing mainframe and rated for up to 1,000 lb, the G256 combines strength, organization, and training versatility. Laser-cut numbered mounting points simplify spotter adjustment, while a multi-grip pull-up bar, reversible J-hooks, removable dip bar attachment, rear expansion, and eight plate storage pegs help create an efficient and adaptable strength training station.
