The Body Solid Tools Pull Up/push Up Bar PUB30 is a versatile bodyweight training tool designed for chin-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. It installs in seconds without hardware, making it a convenient solution for users who want fast setup and effective upper body and core training at home.

Simply place the top bar above your trim on the inside of your doorway to begin pull-ups. For push-ups, place the bar on the floor, or position it on the floor inside a doorway for sit-ups. Its cantilever design uses your own body weight to keep it securely in place during use.

The PUB30 also features two protruding close-grip handles that allow palms-facing-in exercises, a position that helps isolate the muscles in the center of your back that support posture. Designed to fit doorways 27.5" to 30" wide and support up to 300 lbs., this pull-up bar is a practical addition to any home workout setup. Doorway trim should be secure and at least 2" wide, and the bar is secured by downward force only.
