The Body-Solid SPR1000SSDBBack package upgrades the popular double-rack system with Safety Straps and includes two SPR1000BACK extended power racks plus the SPRMB Monkey Bar crossmember. Each rack features a 3" × 3" 11-gauge steel mainframe, 1,000 lb capacity, and precision 1" hole spacing in bench zones for perfect J-cup and strap positioning.
The rear extensions create dedicated spotter space and add six Olympic weight horns for integrated plate storage. Safety Straps reduce noise, protect bar knurling, and can be set offset front-to-back for pulls from straps, pin-height progressions, and partial range work — ideal for collegiate weight rooms, sports performance, and busy commercial gyms.
