The Body-Solid GLM85B Pro Lat Machine is a compact strength training machine designed for home gyms, garage gyms, and smaller workout spaces that need versatile upper-body cable training without taking up excessive room. Its integrated high and low pulley system allows users to perform lat pulldowns, bent-over rows, seated rows, and other back and arm exercises without changing cables between movements.

The GLM85B comes standard as a plate-loaded unit with two 1" standard weight horns and can be upgraded with an optional 210 lb or 310 lb selectorized weight stack for faster resistance adjustments. A 1:1 weight ratio, heavy-duty nylon-coated braided steel cables, adjustable leg hold-down, revolving lat bar, and low row bar provide a practical combination of smooth resistance, exercise variety, and user support.
