Designed for the Body-Solid Pro Clubline SPR500 Half Rack and SPR1000 Power Rack, this rack-mounted platform supports step-ups, lateral step-ups, box jumps, running taps, elevated push-ups, V-sits, plank abductors, donkey kicks, and other dynamic bodyweight exercises.

With multiple adjustable height settings and a stable rack-anchored design, the SPRSTEP adds power, conditioning, circuit, and explosive training options to an existing rack setup.
