Featuring a thick 23" long, 5" diameter support roller and a quick J-hook style mounting system, the SPRLHD can also support Bulgarian split squats, preacher curls, and other rack-based accessory exercises. Designed for the Body-Solid SPR500 Half Rack, SPR1000 Power Rack, and GPR400 Power Rack, it adds training versatility without requiring a separate machine or additional floor space.
