GPR400 Dip & Chin Package By Body-Solid

GPR400 Dip and Chin Package By Body-Solid

The GPR400 Dip & Chin Package By Body-Solid combines the GPR400 Commercial Power Rack with dedicated dip, pull-up, chin-up, and Olympic plate storage attachments for a more complete strength training setup. The package includes GPRDH Dip Handles, the SPRCUA Multi-Grip Chin Bar, and GPRWH Weight Horns, allowing users to expand barbell and bodyweight training while keeping weight plates organized directly on the rack.

Designed for home gyms, garage gyms, basement gyms, training studios, and light commercial strength facilities, this package brings multiple training functions into one compact rack system. Users can perform squats, presses, rack pulls, dips, pull-ups, chin-ups, core exercises, and other free-weight movements without adding separate standalone stations for each exercise.

Package Includes

  • Power Rack: Body-Solid GPR400 Commercial Power Rack
  • Dip Attachment: Body-Solid GPRDH Dip Handles
  • Pull-Up Attachment: Body-Solid SPRCUA Multi-Grip Chin Bar
  • Plate Storage: Body-Solid GPRWH Weight Horns

GPR400 Dip & Chin Package By Body-Solid Features

  • All-in-One Rack Training Setup: Combines power rack exercises with dedicated dip, pull-up, chin-up, and Olympic plate storage capabilities in one coordinated package.
  • Heavy-Duty GPR400 Foundation: Built with a 3" x 3" 11-gauge steel mainframe, wide walk-in design, 1" safety hole spacing, and a 1,000 lb weight capacity for serious strength training.
  • Dedicated Dip Training: GPRDH Dip Handles mount inside the rack to provide a stable bodyweight station for targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps without requiring a separate dip stand.
  • Multiple Pull-Up Grip Options: The SPRCUA Multi-Grip Chin Bar provides varied hand positions for pull-ups and chin-ups, helping expand upper-body, back, arm, grip, and core training options.
  • Integrated Plate Storage: GPRWH Weight Horns mount directly to the GPR400 uprights to keep Olympic weight plates organized, accessible, and off the training floor.
  • Space-Efficient Strength Station: Rack-mounted attachments add training and storage functionality without requiring separate standalone equipment for dips, pull-ups, or plate storage.
  • Compact Rack Height: The GPR400 stands approximately 79" tall, making the package suitable for many home gyms, garages, basements, and training spaces with limited ceiling clearance.
  • Expandable Rack System: The GPR400 remains compatible with additional Body-Solid rack attachments, allowing the training station to expand as workout needs change.
