Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately. Most Body-Solid orders process within 1–3 business days. If anything is delayed or backordered, we’ll contact you right away.

How Body-Solid Products Ship:

  • Ground Shipping: Smaller items such as benches, attachments, and accessories typically ship via FedEx or UPS in individual boxes.
  • Freight Shipping (Palletized): Larger machines, racks, multi-gyms, and heavy equipment ship via LTL freight on a pallet. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Important: If your order includes both ground and freight items, the warehouse may palletize everything together and ship it via freight to reduce damage and simplify delivery.

Delivery Timeline:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Warehouse Handling: This product is expected to ship in 3-5 Business Days business days once processed.
  • Transit Time: Ground shipments typically arrive in 1–5 business days. Freight deliveries typically arrive in 3–10 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery Appointment: For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to inspect and sign.

Freight Delivery Details: Freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged. The driver will bring the pallet to the end of your driveway or loading area.

Inspect Before Signing: Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, write “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the paperwork, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim if needed.

Good body solid price. Great quality

This bike like all of body solid's stuff is really cheap (I have a home gym mostly filled with body solid equipment). The bike does not fall short of heavy duty.

Good home gym bike

The ESB250 performers fantastically in my home. I use it for about 20 minutes a day and it is no real issues. I would like the seat a little better if redone with extra padding but its managable.

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

If your order is damaged during shipping, document the damage with photos and videos and contact us. We'll work out the best solution, be it replacement parts, paint, a partial refund, or a replacement. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order and get a full refund until your product has shipped.

Once shipped, you may be liable for the costs of shipping involved to turn it around.

Returns are considered on a case by case basis depending on the products, condition they will be returned in, and will be subject to all return shipping costs.

Great machine, easy to put together, works great. One of the instructions and parts in step 6 were not correct but it wasn’t a big deal and was able to figure it out and make it work. I am extremely pleased with the Glute Lift Pro. The unit was delivered on time and undamaged, and the assembly went smoothly. The Glute Lift Pro is sturdy, with a smooth operation, and has a relatively small footprint. Our members are very happy with the machine and have commented that it saves set-up time and does a great job of isolating the glutes without hurting the low back. They mentioned that the lap belt was a little stiff at first, but it has softened some. I would highly recommend this piece of equipment for any gym.

My Multi Hip / Glute Machine is amazing, and everything that I expected. And the price is pleasantly surprising; I was expecting to pay a lot more. The reason that I purchased the Multi Hip / Glute Machine is that in Colorado the only Multi Hip / Glute Machine in a gym is very far away from me, and I had to travel many miles to the only gym that has that machine. The Multi Hip / Glute Machine is my favorite machine because it targets almost every part of your legs and glutes. We chose the Leverage Squat machine as an alternative to barbell back squats and dumbbell/kettlebell squats. So far, everyone who tries the machine loves it. The angle on the ramp allows people to squat deeper, and the optional standing calf raise is a big hit, also. Everything from delivery to assembly went smoothly; the machine is solidly built and should serve our members for years to come.
